Delivery
We ship our e-bikes & accessories directly to your door. Your bicycle will be delivered to you in a flat pack, 80% assembled. We will provide you with instructions so that you can complete the remainder of the assembly.
Who delivers your products?
We deliver Australia wide using a combination of Australia Post and Couriers. To ensure your delivery arrives, we utilise registered post on all our items so your delivery does not get lost. You can track the progress of your delivery by using the Reference Number that is sent to you in your Dispatched confirmation. We ask that you DO NOT provide us with a Post Office Box address. Where possible please have deliveries sent to a workplace or residence where someone is available to receive for the item.
Delivery Times
All in-stock items will be dispatched within 3 days of ordering. You will receive a dispatch notification & tracking number. Items are dispatched from Byron Bay, and will usually arrives within 5 business days, however allow 7 - 20 days delivery time for peak periods. If you live in a rural area please allow a few extra days for delivery.
Delivery Price
FREE to cities throughout eastern Australia. Up to $199 delivery fee will be payable for delivery of large items to NT, SA, WA and TAS or any rural areas. If additional fees are payable, you will be contacted by one of our friendly staff prior to dispatch of your order. If you are unsure if your location will incur a shipping fee, contact us for an accurate quote.
Pick Up
Ezriderz provides a FREE pick up service from our showroom in Byron Bay. You can pick up your bicycle 100% assembled and ready to ride. Please wait for notification that your bicycle is ready for pick up.
