We have hand-picked industry leading components that are extremely reliable. If you have any problems, our warranty policy is as follows;

Warranty Periods:

Frame warranty lifetime.

1 Year's on 2024 Ezriderz Electric Bike Models

1 Year on Batteries

All other component including store bought accessories warranty 1 year.
Battery warranty: After 2 years our battery will deliver 70% of initial capacity assuming 800 complete charge/discharge cycles.

Warranty is valid only in Australia only.

- The bike must be serviced every 6 months or after 800 kms, whichever comes first, for the warranty to remain valid.
