How to Look After Your E-Bike Battery
A few simple habits will keep your e-bike battery healthy for years. Here's what we tell every new owner.

Charge Smart
Use the charger that came with your bike and avoid leaving it plugged in for days at a time. A full charge from flat takes a few hours — top it up after long rides rather than letting it run completely dead.
Store Cool and Dry
Heat is the enemy of lithium batteries. Keep your bike out of direct sun when parked, and store it somewhere cool and dry if you're not riding for a while.
Ride Regularly
Batteries like to be used. If you're storing the bike for weeks, aim to leave it around 60% charge — not empty, not full.
Bring It In for a Check
If your range suddenly drops or the battery won't hold charge, bring it to the workshop. We run full diagnostics on all major e-bike motor and battery brands.
