Return Policy

Unridden, unused bikes and unused accessories in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Custom-built or personalised bikes are non-returnable unless faulty.

Items must be returned in the condition you received them, with all packaging, manuals and included accessories. We're unable to accept returns on items showing signs of riding, installation or wear.

Email hello@ezriderz.com.au with your order number and the reason for return. We'll confirm the return address and process your refund within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.

Return freight is the buyer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns. For faulty items, we cover return freight both ways.
