Shipping Policy

Free pickup from our shop at Shop 8, 90–96 Jonson St, Byron Bay. Most bikes are ready for pickup within 1–3 business days of order. We'll assemble, check and charge your bike before handover.

We freight bikes anywhere in Australia. E-bikes ship in a partially assembled state; standard delivery is 3–7 business days depending on your location. Freight is calculated at checkout based on postcode.

Small items ship via Australia Post, typically 2–5 business days. Orders over $150 ship free within Australia.

Some remote postcodes may require additional time or a freight surcharge — we'll contact you before dispatch if this applies.
